Christopher A. Siver

Chris has a general civil litigation practice at Mulroney Siver Law. Specializing in Employment and Human Rights law, Chris’ practice involves resolving disputes for both his corporate and individual clients. His dispute resolution work includes continuous negotiation on behalf of his clients and representing them in various venues ranging from administrative bodies to the courts.

After high school and prior to embarking on his legal education path, Chris studied at Camosun College in the Applied Communication Program. Chris then worked in broadcast, cablecast and corporate television production.

While attending to his undergraduate and then legal studies, Chris served as a Student Border Services Officer for the CBSA. Chris graduated from law school with an L.L.B. from the University of Victoria in 2007. He articled with Mulroney & Co., our predecessor firm, and is now a partner with Mulroney Siver Law.

Chris has always been and remains an active volunteer. Chris is President of Runsport, the organization which owns and produces Victoria’s TC10K road race. He also serves as legal counsel for Ryder Hesjedal’s Tour de Victoria and the BC Bike Race.

When Chris is not at work, he can be found running or cycling around the Capital Region. Chris is a triathlete. He has completed multiple marathons, regularly competes in triathlons in all distances up to the Half-Ironman length, and coaches others towards their athletic success.
